DEPOSIT: A $50 deposit is required for the initial appointment, which will be applied to the first appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in cases of no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours.
INTAKE FORMS: The intake and consent forms are required to receive services. It is important to update these forms with current contact and wellness information.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. A no-show will result in a full service fee.
GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included and is greatly appreciated.

LATE ARRIVAL: If arrival is delayed, the service time may be abbreviated. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.
REFUNDS: All products and services are final. Defective products, such as a broken pump, may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date for the same item only.

CELL PHONE USE: Kindly switch your cell phones to silent or turn them off upon your arrival.
