AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval.

INTAKE FORMS: The intake/consent forms are required to receive services. Intake forms must be updated with current contact and wellness information.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Last minute cancellation is subject to a service charge. If you cancel with 24 hour notice or less, you will be charged $50 cancellation fee. 

LATE ARRIVAL: If arrival is delayed, the service time may be abbreviated. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.

PRICES: Please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. 

PAYMENTS: Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay 

REFUNDS: Products may be returned for in-studio credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date for the same product only.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the client.

CELL PHONE USE: Please turn your cell phones and devices to silent or off upon your arrival. 

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
